Exercising with Emma

Now that our sweet critter has arrived, it's time for me to get back onto the #gaintrain. Slowly. I started with a #run: 1 mile. It took me 12 minutes, but it's the first time I've run since August, and it's been less than 6 weeks since Emma was born. It's a good re-starting point. There's no single way to get better at running. You have to do a mixture of all the running styles--set distance, sprints, timed, endurance...for now, I will just focus on finishing a mile consistently at least 2-3 times a week over the next month or so.
