High-Intensity Interval Training group classes are specifically designed to jump-start the fat burning process and naturally increase your metabolic rate for hours after the workout is over. Increase energy levels and supercharge your day with our butt-kicking group classes.

 

Along with access to our full weight room, basketball court, and a full-service cardio room, every Gains and Glory Gym member gets full access to our extensive online library of our custom made workout plans, diet plans, and healthy recipes. We also have available additional services like group classes, youth athletics, personal training sessions, and nutritional guidance.
